Productive Social Safety Net which include cash transfer to most vulnarable households to enable them to purchese food, pay for medical and Education expenses. The programme cover 63 Villages with most vulnarable household in 20 Wards.
Enhencement of livelihoods and increasing incomes through community savings, investement and small scale interprises.
Improvement of target infrastructures ( water supply, education and health services) to ensure that beneficiries have access to this services in order to comply with programme objectives.
To accomplish these objectives and ensure adequate programme implementation, capacity building in all level of responsibilities is necessary at all levels from National, Regoinal, District, Ward and Village levels.
